A Florida Marriage License is required for each couple.  You will need to go to a Court House during regular business hours to obtain one.  The fee is $93.50 U.S. paid in cash, checks, traveler’s check, or money order to the Clerk of the Courts.  You must be over 18 and must show two pieces of I.D.  One must have your picture on it.  No Blood Test is required.  The License is valid statewide for 60 days.

You need to know the date the marriage ended.

have no waiting period.
